I-Invest Property has partnered with Forrester Cohen International and a range of property research and acquisition companies to bring to market the IRESTS* platform.
We are not developers or builders in our own right nor are we directly involved with any developers or builders. I-Invest Property does not source or list property.
Together with a number of independently owned and operated Property Groups, we have taken a collaborative approach to ensuring as much quality stock as possible is available to our Referral Partners and their Clients.
In order to ensure the highest possible ethic and standards, all Property is independently audited and rated by the Property Investors Association of Australia (PIAA). PIAA is a not-for-profit industry body and does not list or sell property nor receive any commissions or incentives from the sale of Property ~ ensuring complete independence of the review process.
I-Invest Property is a Corporate Licensed Real Estate Agent that specialises in helping clients invest in property as part of their broader wealth creation strategies. Our role is to educate and assist the clients of our referral partners to maximise their investment returns while minimising risk.
Our aim is to bring together an unbiased offering of the best product and service providers in a way that allows you to make an informed decision regarding your investment property needs.
Together with our sister companies, SMSF Loans and I-Plan Financial Planning, we assist our Referral Partners and their Clients invest in direct property in the same way that they would invest in any other asset class. That is ~ an advice-driven approach in a regulatory framework with decisions based on numbers and logic ~ not hype and emotion.

Despite much of the hype that surrounds the investment property arena, ultimately there are only three ways in which you can select a property to invest in:
1. Find Your Own
For many people this has meant going out weekend after weekend and trying to identify an appropriate investment property from among those that are listed for sale by their local Real Estate Agents. Apart from being a waste of perfectly good weekends, this approach has the following downside:
a. It is highly unlikely that the most suitable investment property in Australia at any given moment is just around the corner from where you live. Your suburb may well be a great place to live - but it does not necessarily follow that it makes the ideal medium to long term investment at the time that you wish to invest.
b. This approach tends to lead to emotional decision making rather than logical choices based on 'the numbers'.
c. Local Real Estate Agents rarely, if ever, have sufficient empirical data available to allow you to compare properties. Where they claim to - it is usually "research wrapped around the property" as opposed to a property being selected based on solid data.
d. A Real Estate Agent can only offer to sell you the properties they have managed to list.
e. Suburban Real Estate Agents are not trained or skilled in analysing investments - their role is to list and sell property on behalf of the vendor
e. Property cycles in Australia are in different stages in various States and Cities at various times. No one State or City represents optimum buying at all times.
Let I-Invest Property take the guess work out of the equation for you.
2. Property Research & Education Services
There are an almost infinite number of "Property Spruikers" in the market place. A much smaller number of these have the necessary research & acquisition skills and resources to allow them to offer a credible educational component while at the same time being able to identify strong growth opportunities.
Have you ever wondered why one Property Group can be convinced of the merits of one particular area or development, supposedly based on superior research, when another Property Group is equally convinced that a completely different area or development represents optimum buying. It gets even more confusing when you establish that both Groups are allegedly accessing and analysing the same data or reports.
The reason for this paradox is simple. Just like their urban Real Estate counterparts this is what they have managed to "list" - so this is where their focus will be.
It is vital that you are able to access independent research and analysis ~ as opposed to "research wrapped around a property listing".
Coupled with this, there are a number of varying [in some ways competing] views on interpreting data and selecting the right location and the right property stock to invest in.
We believe education and research are fundamentally important to any investment decision. However we also believe that education and advice should be provided by those with the appropriate skills, training and licensing to undertake it.
Just as importantly we believe that the advice you receive should take into account your entire financial picture ~ not just focus on "selling you a property" through the use of an impressive sounding set of data often backed by little more than the sales organisations "requirement" to make a specific property or area appear superior.
3. Buyer's Agents or Buyer's Advocates
These organisations offer an intending property purchaser a range of services designed to make the property selection process less stressful and/or more efficient.
As the purchaser pays the Buyer's Agent for their services ~ many argue that this removes the bias normally associated with a Real Estate Agent who, by law, represents the vendor's best interests.
If you are looking for a fee-for-service model such as this please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to refer you to a reputable organisation.
