Are you a Financial Planner, Accountant, Property Specialist, or a Mortgage Broker who does not intend to specialise in NRAS lending? If so, we have a Referral Partner programme that will allow you to maintain the all important Client Relationship while we get on with undertaking the transaction.

Product Solution
We have our own (I-Loan Finance) NRAS product which we make available to selected Mortgage Brokers.
In order to be accredited to write this product you will need to be able to demonstrate that you:
A. Are specialising, at least in part, in writing NRAS loans;
B. Have sufficient internal or referred business to achieve at least reasonable volumes and most importantly will be writing loans regularly enough to maintain competency and stay abreast of the NRAS space; and
C. Can demonstrate your understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance considerations for this type of lending.
