Choice of Models
You can utilise a simple Referral Model where our Consultants will undertake all of the necessary enquiries with the Client, arrange letters of appointment as required and liaise with all stakeholders to achieve an outcome.
Alternatively, and for a greater share of revenue, you can be appointed as our 'Agent' for the specific transaction. In this case you will act on our guidance and interface with your Client and any of their advisers at a local level. We will undertake liaison with the lender, production of letters of appointment and/or offer documents and loan processing and settlement.
Either way - we facilitate the transaction and you maintain the Client Relationship.
